After the flight we drove through the town of Tusayon and into the Grand Canyon. Mutti has a senior park pass so we didn't have to pay. It's worth it to travel with your parents. We stopped on the east side and walked along the rim. People do the craziest things there. We saw a sign that said not many fall but usually those who do do not survive. Seeing what people do I am not surprised there are not more. People sit on the edge, hold on to the edge to get a cool picture and other stupid stuff. It was windy and cold. The sun came out a little but the wind was too cold.
