Had to take my shoes off so I was standing in my bare feet - Cold

We weren't able to get reservations inside the park, as it was full, so I searched online what other options were available and selected the town of Williams, AZ. We purchased a map before we left. We missed the first turn off to US 89 (I think) so took the next one in Cedar City. After a quick stop at Subway for some lunch we headed down the street on the map that connected to 89. Well it didn't so we turned around and headed up main street until we found the turn off. It was a really pretty drive through the mountains. They still had a lot of snow.
