Disney on Ice

We went last week to Disney on Ice. It was a lot of fun and the costumes were beautiful. Kate looked beautiful in her Belle costume. Unfortunately, she had a doctor's appointment that day and it wiped her out. She was exhausted and just wanted to go home and sleep.

Red Lobster

Tyler received all A's first quarter in school so we went to Red Lobster to celebrate. Hopefully, we can go again in he repeats it for 2nd quarter.

Happy Birthday Kate!

Yesterday was Kate's birthday. She is 10 years old. Hard to believe. Michael got her the cutest outfit with a little bear purse. Noelle got her a pillow in the shape of a K. So perfect and so Noelle. She is the funniest kid. We all enjoyed cake and ice-cream with chocolate syrup as we bemoaned our weight. It was yummy! We are celebrating by going to Disney on Ice next month.

Ballroom

Tyler had a ballroom competition Saturday at Timpview. His suit is like 30 sizes too big. No idea how he danced in that but he did a really great job. He is a good dancer. He even had the best back flip. The boys interlock arms with the girls and flip back. Ty was the first to learn the skill. He also has to run and jump into the girls hands. A little scary. They almost dropped him once in practice. Now that takes some guts! He weighs almost nothing. He's recently lost 8 lbs. Why is it when somebody doesn't want to lose weight it just drops off and no matter what I do I can't lose any?

Tyler Has All A's

Tyler is having a great school year and has earned all A's for the first quarter. He is doing really well in medical anatomy and his medical internship and enjoying both. He has also discovered some talents in other areas. Check out the rolling pin he made. I could not believe how well it turned out. He is giving it to a friend for her birthday. I've told him I am next and then grandma before he does any other orders. He is also enjoying his ceramics class. We have decided to celebrate at Red Lobster. Hopefully he continues to do well so we can celebrate again.
